what is this site designed for?

As of now it seems very bland and nothing seems to stick out and grab you. You can always try and use a color to your advantage. Even the smallest big helps.

just a quick site for a cellphone provider.. im not good with colors. but i managed to get the blue in there :P

i think that maybe a small low scale opacity pattern where it says Simplicity is Best might liven things up a bit.

Very nice work mate, one of your best

Ill list some things i can see which i would work on or change:

1) The phone images seem abit pixelated around the edges and the left side of the first phone seems to jaggered

2) center the footer text or at least the legal, services links

3) move the header text so its centered with the header buttons

Apart from that mate, really liking it
